Open Gym
Open gym is our coach supervised hour where you can come and practice a skill, work a weakness or catch up on a class you missed in the week! There is always someone on hand to ask questions but there's no active coaching in this session.
No Sweat Intro/Bring a Friend
This is our No Sweat Intro/Bring a Friend class which is perfect for those who want to give CrossFit a try - this class is also suitable for new joiners who are still getting to grips with the basics of CrossFit.
Olympic Lifting
A dedicated hour to focus on improving your Olympic lifting skills. We cycle through the Snatch, Clean and Clean and Jerk week to week to give you as much exposure to improving your lifts across the board as possible. This class compliments the Olympic lifting that we already do in our normal CF classes in the week and is a great chance to spend more focused time on these lifts.
Heavy Metal Club
This is our weekly hour and half, lifting heavy s**t class! If you want to work on building your strength and not feel rushed during a one hour class window, this is the class for you! Not only will you build strength but you'll build in confidence lifting heavy loads safely and be exposed to a wide variety of accessory strength that will make you bullet proof!
Endurance Class
This is our weekly endurance session; this class is ideal for those of you who can't make Team WOD Sunday or who are training for more endurance style events like Half Marathons, Hyrox, Couch to 5km or if you just like a long, simple sweat. These classes will comprise of simple movements (i.e. no high level gymnastics or heavy barbells) over a longer time domain. Guaranteed sweat!
Mums and Babies
You are welcome to bring your babies and toddlers with you to this class so that you can train with them in tow. We have a small selection of toys, play mats and most of all a very understanding coach who is the mother of a two herself! Training while you have babies or small children is really hard; we are here to try to make it a little bit easier to get back into a fitness routine.
Flexible Memberships
Lydia from lydialove_yoga will be on a monthly basic guiding you through a beginners yoga class to help with stretching , flexibility and full body recovery. This class is tailored for every level and capability with options to suit all to maintain safety and gain effective recovery. It will work on stretches, flexibility, balance, strength and mindfulness.
